Inessa is originally from St. Petersburg, Russia, where she grew up and graduated from University with a Master’s Degree in History of Culture. After moving to the US in 2001 and recovering from the initial culture shock, she began building her career and worked her way up the ladder. It required a significant amount of adapting, learning, and proving she could be successful in a completely foreign culture. Her persevering spirit, hard work, enthusiasm, and sense of humor have helped her to overcome many challenges and to achieve and live the American Dream.
Throughout her professional life Inessa has had the opportunity to manage, teach and train hundreds of employees and contractors, share her knowledge and expertise and has been very fortunate to meet and get to know many wonderful people from all over the world.
With over a decade of experience in recruitment and executive management, working as Director of Recruitment & Language Services and HR Manager, she logged a very satisfying record of accomplishment in such areas as talent acquisition, team building and consulting as well as marketing, sales and business development and transitioned into real estate to fulfill a lifelong passion.
Her previous roles required perseverance, great communication, strong yet non-adversarial negotiating skills and flexibility as she worked with diverse customers and employees from a wide variety of cultures & backgrounds. Today, as a real estate professional, she’ll be bringing those same skills and talents to an equally extensive range of customers and clients, she will listen to you and will work tirelessly to satisfy your real estate needs.
